Evan spent most of his life in West Virginia, growing up in Martinsburg and later attending West Virginia University. His professional career has primarily focused on U.S. foreign policy. Currently, he works as a Public Affairs Specialist with the State Department. While Evan no longer lives in West Virginia, he still feels connected to the state through the West Virginia State Society and is happy to be involved.
