Jan is an energy and environmental policy consultant born and raised in Bluefield. She served as a senior staff member to both Senator Shelley Moore Capito and Senator Joe Manchin. She lives in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia with her fiancé Brent and their giant Maine Coon cats, one of whom is named Chuck Yeager.
