Jillian is a native West Virginian, growing up in Charleston and graduating from West Virginia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. After spending a few years in traffic engineering and transportation planning, she now works in government affairs in the public transportation industry. In her spare time, she loves watching Mountaineer sports (even if it requires a split screen with her New Orleans-born partner) and exploring the DC area.
